Resume Builder Pass — $7 / 30 days
The Pass is a one-time payment that unlocks unlimited AI actions, all templates, and DOCX/PDF export for 30 days from purchase. It does not auto-renew — you are never charged again unless you choose to purchase another Pass.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, where the Pass has seen minimal use (e.g. no exports downloaded and only a handful of AI actions used), are eligible for a full refund.
- Refund requests after 7 days, or after substantial use of the Pass's AI/export features, are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If you were charged due to a verified technical error (e.g. duplicate charge, payment succeeded but the Pass never activated), you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the above.
How to Request a Refund
Contact [support email] with your payment confirmation (payment ID or the email used at checkout). Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Dodo Payments, typically within [X] business days.
